Sludge pyrolysis
An increasing problem for the environment
Management of sewage sludge becomes an increasing problem for the environment. Landfilling has become more and more difficult due to the pollution of sewage sludge, odors heavy metals, and pathogens. Disposal is difficult and has been even banned in some countries. Also, incineration is a nonpopular and very costly solution for sewage sludge treatment.

Reducing the volume of sludge and eliminating the pollutants
Pyrolysis meets the demand for alternative, local, and low-cost sludge thermal treatment methods. After drying, the sludge can be pyrolyzed with Biogreen equipment, allowing a decrease of more than 90% of the initial mass. The heat treatment leads also to a drastic diminution of PFAS concentration in the solid.
